A hybrid of styles merging elements of an Irish Red Ale, American Wheat Ale and an English Extra Special Bitter. Malts bring hints of sweet cherry and chocolate, yet the finish is dry and balanced with earthy EKG Hops. We also dry-hopped with New Zealand Pacific Gem, which lends some wafting notes of blackberry herbal tea.

4 oz pour on draft at Vanish. Poured a clear amber color with a small white head. Aroma was heavy malt notes, earthy hop character. Caramel notes, light astringency, bold malt forward beer.

4 oz pour on draft at Vanish shared by radagast83, thanks Chris! Clear amber with beige head. Aromas of malt, biscuit, cocoa, light caramel. Tastes of cocoa, biscuit, malt, caramel. Medium body with a dry finish. Syrupy mouthfeel.
