This is a very light Belgian farmhouse beer, traditionally served at mealtimes. The beer is decidedly crisp with complex fruit aromas and a little funky character. It's served with a higher level of carbonation to give a Champagne-like drinking experience. Refreshing with a low alcohol content, you can drink it all day long.

4oz draft pour at Vanish. Poured a very clear, almost cider pale orange color with a small, wispy head. Very cider like in appearance. Aroma was light, sweetness. Very mild malt, grain sweetness flavor in this one. Very mild, drinkable, sessionable.

4 oz pour on draft at Vanish shared by radagast83, thanks Chris! Stillwater collaboration. Clear pale yellow with off-white head. Aromas of malt, nutty notes, caramel, honey. Tastes of caramel, nutty notes, malt. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
