An awesome twist on our Kolsch: dry-hopped with Equinox after adding pineapple to the brew. This thing is tropical!

4 oz pour on draft at Vanish. Poured a clear golden color with an off-white head. Aroma was sweet malts, crisp notes. Citrus finish. Flavor was light citrus, crisp. Light pineapple, though it’s very subtle. Slightly more juicy character to this one. It’s fine.

4 oz pour on draft at Vanish shared by radagast83, thanks Chris! Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of subtle pineapple, crisp notes, malt. Tastes of light pineapple, floral notes, malt, light citrus. Medium body with a dry finish.
