Collaboration with our boys at Sailfish Brewing Co. We took our house Belgian Ale yeast strain and blended it with there French Saison yeast with heather. The late addition Citra hop in the boil was done with a new technique Dustin and Al learned at a beer conference. We then dry hopped the beer with even more Citra.

Draft at the Brewery. Poured a light yellow-orange color with a wispy white head. Aroma was very juicy hop notes, citrus. Flavor was lots of citrus, light grain. Nice hop notes, sweet yeast, grain. Citra hits the spot in this one.Tasty.
