The first of our ever changing series of IPA’s, the feature hop in this beer is El Dorado, which imparts a very tropical fruit taste and a pleasant floral aroma. The dry finish accentuates the hop profile of the beer.

4 oz pour on draft at 7 Locks. Poured a slightly hazy golden yellow color with an off-white head. Aroma was light floral notes. Sweet candy finish with a hint of light bitterness. Not bad for a new brewery.

4 oz pour on draft at 7 Locks. Slightly hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of malt, citrus, light floral notes. Tastes of malt, citrus, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish.
