Draft at the Shirlington location. Poured a semi-clear brown color. Aroma was light sweet malts, sweet light brown sugar caramel. Flavor was about the same. Light smoke.

Keg at the VA Craft Brewers Festival. Clear copper, thin foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, cranberries, earth, bready malt. The taste is toffee, bread, herbal hops, caramel. Medium bodied.
