Ginger and apple nose. Pale yellow. Apple with ginger accents. Light body, soft carbonation, alcohol well concealed.

Clear 750 mL bottle from Beer Run. Clear pale yellow. Thin head. Aroma of earthy notes, ginger, sweet apples, hints of vanilla and caramel. The taste is ginger, dry apples. Spice. Medium bodied, lingering spice, high carbonation, refreshing.

Split a bottle with the girlfriend’s brother. Poured a still yellow color with a small, wispy head. Aroma was ginger, apples. Flavor was sweet apples, light sugar notes, ginger. Very sweet with plenty of booze to boot.
