Bottle @ joes. Dark amber colour with a small off-white head. Smells chocolate, bbq meat, nice. Tastes chocolate, coffee, hint of caramel, sweet, a bit watery, some cardboard. Thin body, soft carbo.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Dark brown color with a dark red glare coming through, small to average sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, a hint of a weird fruit, leaves, caramel, nuts. Average body and carbonation.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy dark ruby with a tanned head. Aroma of malt, caramel, some ices, a bit roasty. Thin to medium bodied, some finishing bitterness, not very long lasting.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter wekk caramellic flavor. Average light bitter fnish. watery palate. Boring.

Bottle @ Prima beer, Hobro. Pours brown with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, roast, caramel, light dried fruit. Flavor is malt, caramel, spice, little dried fruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. 211114

Bottle 330ml
Deep ruby color, small beige head. Malty, cardboardish aroma. Light-bodied. Dry cardboardish malty flavor with some toasted maltyness. Very typical 4-some-procent Scandinavian Xmas beer. Macros are very similar than this "craft version".

Dark amber, slightly hazy. Beige head, no lacing. Aroma of caramel, roasted nuts and dried berries. Taste of dark caramel, balanced with very moderate bitterness. Some malt bitterness in aftertaste. Rerated after storing to July.

Duft av humle og rosin. Dunkel brun farge. Lite skum. Tørr smak av rosin. Havner ikke på mitt julebord.
