Bottle 330ml. @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

Bottled. A dark red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, and a bit of straw, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle. A clear, copper colored beer topped by a minimal sized off-white to beige head. Matly nose, nuts, caramel and hints of dried fruits. The flavor doesn’t differ much from the aroma, mostly on the malty side, finishing with caramel. Medium body. A decent, but rather boring Christmas beer. Better than most it’s store strength Christmas beer competitors though. Rating: 5-4-6-3-12-3.0 120106
Bottle. It’s a reddish, brown beer, chestnut colored, and with a small, dense, off-white to light beige head. Caramel, toffee and a little roasted touch in the aroma. Some dried fruits too. Roasted, lightly nutty flavor with toffee and some dried fruits. Medium body, dry. A decent beer indeed, but rather one-tracked and also a bit boring I think. 120218
