Winter Honey Citrus Ale. The Seattle crew crafted it on a pilsner, spelt, and oat malt base kettle-hopped with Comet and El Dorado. They drizzled in floral orange blossom honey then fermented it cool with their house Kolsch yeast. Finally, the team finished it with Cara Cara orange zest and fresh pummelo.

Aromas are mainly citrus and malt with a hint of hop. Flavors are similar to nose, citrus and hops come out more and is a bit sweet up front, going drier. Body is a tad thin and okay carbonation. Interesting beer to try once. Or twice if there weren't many better options.

16oz can from Tavour. Cloudy yellow pour water with a huge airy head that subsides rather quickly. Orangey aroma along with some savory notes, not too much unlike a witbier, honey at back. Taste mutes the orange a bit, making honey the prominent flavor, but not overbearing. Medium weight with some drying at the end.
