Cask at the Euston tap. A clear golden coloured pour with o head. Aroma is semi sweet. Vanilla, woody bruised apple, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of pencil wood, apple, super drying, woody tannin, bark. Palate is super dry, lowish carbonation,. Lingering apple wood, mild funk.

Bag in box at jolly judge. Pours clear golden, nose is soft toffee, apple, taste is musty apple, fizzy.
