A premium English ale, full-flavoured and bitter. Very quaffable, it's and excellent session beer and rewards repeated sampling. Light chestnut in colour, it has a subtle citrus aroma and a dry finish with excellent levels of bitterness in the English style.

Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Light unclear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, earthy, hoppy, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
