Bottle. A reddish brown beer with a small, dense, light beige head. Not much barrel in the aroma, but a solid dose of dried fruits, candi sugar and yeast influence. Some boozy notes. The flavor is sweet, with dried fruits, a lightly roasted touch, some licorice hints and dark sugar. Quite warming, full-bodied. Nice bitterness in the end, as well as sugary sweetness and alcohol warmth. Overall, too warming, else a nice one. 120218

hazy reddish amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 180212

Bottle. Hazy copper with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit, hops and a little toffee. Flavour is malt, oak, caramel, sweet, toffee, yeast and nutty.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours ruby amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Yeast, liquorice, caramel, fruit and alcohol warmth. Full bodied. A sipper. Nice.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are candy sugar, wood, dried fruits, malt, yeast and hops.

Bottled. A hazy dark red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, candy sugar, alcohol, and hints of whisky. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, whisky, candy sugar, wood, yeast, over ripe fruits, and hints of smoke, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle @ SBWF2011. Pours a deep amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty dark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty dark fruit flavor. Has a sweetish malty woody spicy yeasty finish with hints of caramel and dark fruit.

Bottled@SBWF2011. Deep copper colour with some slight haze. Mediumsized beige head, that leaves some slight lace. Aroma is wood, sugar, mild fruityness as well as some slight spices and maltyness. Flavour is rather similar with some mild toasted maltyness as well as some slight alcoholic hints as well. Better balanced in this than in the normal one.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear nut brown, smal head. Aroma of cardboard and oak. Sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan and caramel together with oak. Warming alcoholic finish with low bitterness. Bold.
