Bottle, 75cl. A dense, finger-thick light beige head forms over an almost clear dark chestnut colored body. The aroma is lightly roasted and nutty, with some coffee and dark chocolate. It’s full-bodied, pleasantly carbonated and quite dry. Roasted malts, some ashtray hints, a touch of sourish berries and some coffee in the flavor. Some bitterness in the else roasted finish. Clear dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, dried fruit and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 180212

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, licorice, milk chocolate and hops.

Bottled 330ml. -from that Italian restaurant that armando allready mentioned.
Dark brown (almost black) coloured, medium sized beige head, coffee and caramel in the nose. Light roasted malt, coffee and caramel with hint of dark fruits and chocolate. Bitterish finish. Pretty ordinary beer.

[Draught at the brewpub] Intransparently black. small white head. Licorice aroma. Sweetish with clean mouthfeel. Aniseed and licorice dominate, behind lurks fruit and coffee as well as caramel and pine. Lightly salty finish with medium bitterness. The malt character is way too hard to make it really enjoyable.
