Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Light haze on a pale gold. Film of white head surrounded by loose bubbles. Nose has sweet lemon. Soft bretty notes. Dessert apple. Grape juice. Taste has a ripe apple sweetness. Touch of funky bitterness. Light to medium body. Fairly oily. Bright, fine carbonation. Some bitterness on the finish, but itโs mostly fruit sweetness at the minute.
