bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo smorto limpido, al naso malto cereali crosta di pane note erbacee, in bocca è ben maltata pane miele, corpo leggero, carbonazione decisa, dolce con amaro moderato. Non proprio una birra di Natale ma molto piacevole. c. Bottega della birra Arona 20.12.19

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, sweet malt, light straw, light hoppy, grass, light grass - straw. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dusty malt, sweet malt, straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120203]
