330ml Bottle - Black with a very foamy head. Roasted malt, coffee, liquorice and cocoa in the aroma. Roasted and faintly soapy taste with liquorice and coffee detected.

Pours a deep black color, topped with a medium sized, creamy and dissipating beige head. Mild roasty malt aroma with some dry fruity notes and a bit of chocolate and coffee. A hint of alcohol. Taste starts sweet and chocolatey, some presence of gentle coffee notes later on. A tad of soury grains in the finish. Moderate herbyl bittery feel in the finish and lasting aftertaste. Medium full, thick feel. Nicely drinkable. Lovely.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av kaffe, bröd, läder, choklad och rostade toner. Bra balans mellan smakerna, bra sötma, torr, fin beska. Mycket gott!

Bottle from systembolaget. Black pour with quickly disappearing dirty white head. Quite roasted aroma with liquorice, coffee and dark chocolate with hints of burnt caramel. Taste is on the more bitter roasted side with coffee and dark chocolate dominant. Quite light and very tasty for the abv. Balanced roasted finish. Solid porter.

Flaska från SB. Lokala sortimentet. Mörkt brun med högt beige skum. En klassisk och välgjord porter. Stor fina rostade aromer och smaker men samtidigt lätt och drickvänlig. Framför allt mycket mörkt sött bröd men i bakgrunden mjukt kaffe, fudge, läder och brownies. Relativt söt men med en torrare avslutning med en lätt beska. Mycket trevlig.

Draft at Olstugen Tullen Gothenburg. Mostly clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a loose light tan head. Aroma is woody, vanilla, apple cake, coco powder, dried Apple. Flavour is rustic woody, tangy dried apple, nutty choc malts, apple cake. Palate is semi sweet and tangy with moderate carbonation, drying in the finish. OK rustic Porter.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted ,sweet malt, chocolate, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
