Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Opens with a big pfft. Pours gold with a soft haze. Lots of fine, rapidly rising bubbles. Blotchy, sticky, lasting, white head. Nose has plenty of the promised citrus. Yellow grapefruit. Orange peel. Grapefruit juice. Notes of melon and mango. Light biscuit malt backdrop. Taste has very zesty, lime juice bitterness. Dries out a fair bit. Light, sharp mouthfeel. Cleansing carbonation. More zesty bitterness at the end. Doesn’t pop with hops like some of the other sessioners, but it’s still a great beer at this ABV.
