Beer and music are a great combination and in Ed Cosens, from Reverend & the Makers, you have an accomplished musician with a great passion for home brewing. After the success of working with Ed on a Reverend Summer Ale and an American Brown, we have come together for a third time to celebrate the launch of the band’s new album, ’Mirrors’. The beer pours a bright gold in colour with a tropical aroma and flavours of grapefruit, sherbet and citrus.

Keg at Craft Clerkenwell. It pours clear pale gold with a decent white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, floral, straw, grass, straw, barnyard and buttered white bread. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter - sweet, buttered white bread, straw, grass, citrus peel and light pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A simple, hoppy pale ale. A touch forgettable if truth be told.
