Draft at the 7 Bridges Taproom, Saigon. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, light tart grapefruit, pineapple, dry, floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Fresh and tasty. A quality beer. 7 Bridges are brewing some great stuff these days.
