In our first year, our lager program has been a catalyst for the brewery. Twisted Bit, Auto, Oktober Fuel, and most recently, Ignitor, have all been huge hits. In fact, they’ve been so popular, Twisted Bit Dortmunder Lager is now a year-round offering for us. It wouldn’t be right to celebrate year one without a new Lager. Meet Catalyst Czech Pilsner and its two variant.

From Head Brewer Evan Rouse: This pilsner features a decoction mash to increase the overall pilsner malt complexity. Strong, bot not harsh, bitterness balances the malt and rounds this lager out to a smooth, drinkable finish. Copious amounts of Czech Saaz hops were added to the boil to bring a nice earthy and spiciness to the finished product.
