Oats oats oats! Our experiments in the ABYSS continue with DD4, a 30% grist which is our biggest oat ratio yet.

The result? An incredibly light, soft pale ale counter balanced with huge notes of lemon verbena, apricot crumble, grilled pineapple courtesy of Azacca, Sabro and Strata hops.

Can from the Bottle Grove. Interesting aroma with some serious raw hop dank in there and slight medical sterile. Dark-ish mury haze. Really solid taste, up there with as good as they get but quite a soft ending to it. Short ending bitterness. A really good brew for sure.
