Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, maize and some mild herbal tones. Flavour is sugary, some grains, mashlike elements with some cookies and mild herbal tones.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry grainy malt and pale malt. Taste of strong grainy malt, straw, pale malt, moderate bitterness. Boring!

33cl bottle. Pours fully transparent loaded gold, with abundant and stable white foam, fine. Aroma is bready, cereal. Body is slightly thin, with average carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, amongst unidimensional. Final is average.

Wenn schon der Italienurlaub wackelt, dann will ich zumindest ein italienisches Bier aus der alt-ehrwürdigen k.u.k. Hafenstadt Triest. Ein schönes volles Lagerbier mit einen sanft malzigen Hintergrund. Nicht ganz so spritzig, aber dafür sehr süffig. Sicher kein Strandbier, aber ein sehr gutes, wenn auch nicht ausgezeichnetes Beisl-Bier.

Klare, goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Ausgewogen malziger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht getreidig, leicht hopfig, leicht fruchtig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure. Leicht zu trinken.
