Time, precious time, slowly allows this beer to ferment without haste at low temperatures. Only in this way can your palate experience the beer’s full personality – pale, fragrant and light. A beer enveloped in the freshness of hops and delicate notes of yeast. Its spirit is apparent from the very first encounter – smooth, mellow and seductive, this beer is made from the best two-row spring barley.

Klare, goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Ausgewogen malziger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht getreidig, leicht hopfig, leicht fruchtig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure. Leicht zu trinken.

Pours clear and yellow with a short-lasting white head. In the aroma you find grain, hay, yeast, bread and hops. It tastes medium sweet and medium bitter leading to a dry and hoppy finish. Light texture and soft carbonation.

Draft at the Doney cafe, Rome. Pours golden with an average sized white head. Aroma of straw, grass, citrus, and vague yeast and caramel. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, slightly creamy texture, slight over average on carbonation. It’s alright...

Pours a clear golden color, topped with a decent frothy white head. Malty aroma, not much there, very mild. Taste is sweet with some bitterness in the finish, a hint of hops. Not much in the aftertaste, but it’s decent, not bad.

Duft av malt og appelsin. Klar gyllen farge. Lite skum, heng langs kant. Fin litt syrlig smak med en anelse appelsin.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear golden color with medium sized frothy off-white head, poor lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of grainy malt, bread, vegetables and some citrus notes. Taste starts with light sweet and sour grainy malt, follows by yeasty and vegetably acidity, spicy malty mouthfeel, whike finish is quite bitter. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Courtesy of CanCrusher, thanks!

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours clear golden with a white head. Sweet and lightly malty aroma with hints of grass, fruits and cooked vegetables. Fairly standard pale lager, but quite drinkable. A bit on the sweet side and not so much bitterness, but fairly well balanced. Decent enough, but far from memorable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Premium Lager on 17 Apr 2013 at 20:50 - Score: 5
