On tap at Brewer's Republic. Pours a hazy, golden color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is mango, pineapple, cloves, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt. Sweet and creamy, with a clean, smooth tart flavor. Light to medium body, with a very mild acidity, and a smooth, clean finish. This is a simple and well made sour. Well balanced, and delicious.

Draught @ TRVE, Denver, CO. Smooth, oaky and funky farmyardy with some sourness, tart fruits, citrus and zesty lemon. Pretty balanced and good.
