American India Pale Ale
This American IPA is brewed with a blend of British and American malts and heavily dry-hopped with citrusy American hops. UK Golden Promise and US Pale malt, and European caramel malts provide a soft, bready, malt backbone. Apollo and Citra hops provide stonefruit, spice, resin and orange marmalade notes. Rounding everything out, London III yeast provides unique peach and herbal esters. Hop Charger is unfiltered, so it retains a subtle opaqueness that also contributes to a slightly softer mouthfeel. It finishes with a pleasant, lingering bitterness - as true IPAs should!
