750ml bottle. Tart, funky and farmyardy with some sweetish cherries, oak, wood and vanilla notes. Balanced and complex sour. Nice one.

750 ml bottle from Tavour, 2/17/20. Bottled 7/24/19. Pours a bright red, with a thin, fizzy off-white head that dissipates down to nothing. This one is all about the tart cherry and wood flavors. Drinks fairly sour, but not in a puckering, astringent way. Sourness level is right on point. Really nice cherry thing here. This is some really flavorful stuff. 8/4/9/4/17
