Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Odd, skewed hop aroma. Medium body, skewed caramel, rather yeasty with some bitter British style? hops. 180212

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wet hay, malt, caramel, and minerals, leading to a dry finish.

500 ml bottle. Almost clear amber body with a big and firm off-white head. Aroma is mild malty with light fruit and hint of grass. Flavor is sweet malt with a hint of caramel, light fruity and moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite short aftertaste and a soft mouth feeling. There is also a little hint of some cooked flavor that’s unattractive. Not enough to spoilt the beer, but might indicate a high fermentation temperature. This should easily be corrected I thing, but otherwise this beer seems to be a bit vague in flavor and thin in body. There is room for improvement here.
