Rings of Splendor is the blend Private Press has been waiting to assemble. This release is a spirited synthesis of three imperial stouts that were aged in Heaven Hill, Blanton's, Basil Hayden, and Woodford Double Oak barrels, all without adjuncts. Rings of Splendor exhibits waves of toasted coconut, vanilla, and marshmallow on the palate. A rich baseline of French roast, dark chocolate cherry cordials, and almond caramel rounds out this classic expression of barrel-aged stout.

Flaska från 2020, 12.%. Mörk brunsvart med brun krona. Rejäl, kärv och rostad klassisk imp stout med toner av toffee, lakrits, Bourbon, läder, tobak, stor sötma, viss syrlighet, råglimpa, granskott, bra beska. Riktigt välgjort och balanserat.

500ml bottle. Smooth, roasty, heavy and slightly bourbony with some vanilla, oak, wood, toffee, syrup, molasses and rye. Quite balanced and heavy BA IS.
