Our Bavarian-style lager, Bier, cold stored in American Oak barrels in our cooler and kept unfined & unfiltered for that right out of the barrel experience. The vanilla is more delicate on these new barrels, with some yummy pipe tobacco like character, and some fresh grated nutmeg in the finish.
