The third batch of our beloved wheat wine was aged for 22 months in a 25 year old 500 liter cognac puncheon. This beautiful beast will cellar well, but we would recommend drinking it within 1 year to experience all the diverse flavor and aroma characteristics.

750ml bottle. Soft and sweetish with some prunes, figs, oak, green apples, stingy wood and some cognac notes. Heavy.

Fairly thin, sweet, boozy. Caramel, malty bread, cognac, dry wood, a bit sharp.
