Strong Ale with 100% Munich Malt Aged in Tiny Horsey Bourbon Barrels
Ever had a Barleywine? I bet you have. Ever had a Munichwine? It's similar: a strong, copper-colored brew, but made entirely with Munich malts.
These beers are very strongly malty, rich, and have extremely developed and complex burnt sugar notes. This melds really well with a bourbon barrel, especially a super high-end one like the Blanton's (aka Tiny Horsey) that we aged this in.
Released October 2023 as a Member only bottle for the 2023 League Membership program.
