Cask at the Arkwright Arms, Duckmanton, 04/10/13. Clear golden with a good sized off white head. Nose is pale malt, orchard fruits, light toffee notes. Taste comprises bread dough, green apple, grassy notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light bitterness in the finish. Decent enough bitter.

Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, white bread, toasted, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
