Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Hazy orange-amber color; small frothy head. Some aroma of malt, fruits and candi sugar. Medium-light mouthfeel; some malt flavor but quite anonymous, moderate sweetness, rather strong hopping, but not bringing much qualities; lingering fruitiness, apricot jam, maybe from the yeast.
A bit messy.

Sample from bottle, Fish and Beer, Copenhagen. Amber colour with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops and sweet fruits like peaches and oranges. The taste is light sweet with notes of peaches, cloves, malts and yeasts. Medium body with a average carbonation. Medium length finish, dry and a little bit sour. An unusual Christmas beer.
