Pours dark unclear golden with a thick lasting white head. Nose is yeast and hops which gives notes of berries and exotic fruit. Yeasty flavor, pretty Belgium like and pretty clean with a hoppy note which saves it from having no personality. Dry and bitter finish.

Bottle. It pours a lightly hazy orange body under a dense, three-finger off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma has the pleasant saison yeast aroma, but it’s almost overpowered by fluor toothpaste. It’s full-bodied, quite dry and a bit too carbonated maybe, with flavors of saison yeast, pale malts, fruityness and fluor. Some bitterness in the end. A light spiced touch too. Well, I was expecting a bit more. It’s not a bad beer in any way, but it’s definitely not my cup of tea. 121124

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, citrus, hop, and grain. Aggressive, but good, taste of malt and grain. A little spicy. Dry finish. Quite decent, quite decent, Gentlemen.

Bottle, 7.0%. Mild grassy hop aroma. Hazy copper colour. Good stable plasticky white head. The flavour is malty, hoppy and yeasty. Like a mix between and good spicy Belgian tripel and a blond.

Cask at the Bishops Arms, Copenhagen. A slightly cloudy, dark honey coloured pour, with a thin white head. The aroma is malty but weak The flavour is big bitter, malt with a huge, bitter aftertaste. A really truly drinkable beer, but needs some work before it becomes a session beer IMO.
