Bottle, courtesy of Thomas the brewer. A dark brown beer topped by a dense, two-finger, light beige head. The aroma has a nice citrus peel-ish touch, along with chocolatey roasted malts and a touch of coffee. The flavor has a nice blend of orange peel-ish hops, bitterness and roasted flavors, including chocolate and coffee. Semi-sweet and pleasantly carbonated, full body. Lasting bitterness in the finish. Except for the orangey touch, it’s not very Christmasy in my book, but it’s a nice beer anywy. 111125
