Bottle. Cloudy golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is hopped with a citric touch, and the flavour is fruity and vinous with a sweet and mildly bitter finish. Overall a reasonable bitter and fruity beer with a palatable lightness . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 13C. 4.5%ABV. Hazy pale gold with a large white head. Aroma of sour oranges, white pepper, coriander, vanilla. Light-bodied with rather high carbonation. Hay and fruit, wheaty tang with a dry spicy/ herbal finish. Second glass has a bit more of a yeast presence. There’s a slight brassiness to the hops, but otherwise it’s a very convincing characterful and convivial beer.

Odense IBM Club Tasting. Golden with a small white head. Mild cookie spice aroma with a touch of light malt and floral and herbal notes. Dry and slightly sour flavour with yeasty notes and some malt,. A bit thin

Bottle 22fl.oz.Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, wheat, light hoppy, citrus, light to moderate yeasty, coriander notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white and lacing head. Has a little perfumy bubblegum aroma - a little spice and yeast. Medium body, lightly sweet fruit, very flowery, somewhat herbal with a dry and lightly bitter finish. Very fresh. 310112

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours cloudy yellow with a small nice frothy head. Yeast, perfume, hay and flowers. Smooth and dry. Crisp.
