0.33 l bottle @ Hops Beer Bar. Not my cup of tea for sure, but I imagine it’s quite in-style, I can see what could be liked bout it.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness, online. This Gose is supposedly brewed with coriander seeds and pink Himalayan rock salt. Pours a mostly clear amber with small white head which doesn't last. Coriander really comes through on the nose with dried fruits. Taste is quite fruity, then coriander, wheat malts and yeast come in. Slight tangy finish with a drying salt note. Light bodied, refreshing, tangy, moderate carbonation. Quite interesting although I've not had many in this style.

Color amarillo dorado, espuma blanca de burbuja fina y poco persistente. Aroma ligeramente floral y citrico, con notas de acido láctico y especias. En boca es ligera, seca, moderadamente agria, final sutilmente salado, tonos cítricos. Rica, se disfruta mucho más si está atemperada por encima de los 7ºC.

My girlfriend is having this one. Light acidic aroma, citrus, pink grapefruit, cidery. Lime, pink pepper. Light to medium body. Flavour is acidic, salty, pepper, fruity (citrus), coriander, some passion fruit, hint of peach.

Can 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Pale amber colour, small fizzy white head, completely diminishing, no lacing. Aroma pale malt, lime, sour apples, tart, vinegar notes. Taste light sweet and light to medium sour, tart, malty, lime, unripe grapes, sour apples, salty notes. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, rather short sweet and sour aftertase, salty notes, refreshing, quite nice.
