Juleklokker er en dyb, krydret ale med koriander og kanel. God bitterhed. Den er perfekt på det store julefrokostbord eller juleaften sammen med flæskestegen, de sprøde svær og juleanden. Juleklokker brygges i august og september med salg fra november.

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Unclear medium to dark orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, orange, dusty spicies, coriander, cinnamon. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, sharp, coriander - cinnamon, burnt sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120201]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a smallish, rough off-white head. Yeasty nose with heavy spice – cloves in particular. Solid body, burned caramel, dark dried fruits and again a heavy spice. A little hops in the finish. A very decent x-mas beer. 260112

cloudy brown, small ofwhite head. aroma is dark fruity, like a quad, but also a large dose of spices. flavor is dark fruity, caramelly, slightly hoppy.

Bottled. An amber beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, matl, and coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, chocolate, and coriander, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting Januar, 2012. Pours dark brown with a creamy head and lacings. Rubber, yeast, sweet caramel with traces of acetone. Messy and overall a hot and heavy one

Hazy dark reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, phenols, spicy and quite yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. 031111 6/3/6/3/11 = 2.9 --- DØE as Juleklokker Ekstra Lagret. This is much improved over the last one I had. Hazy reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, light spicy and dark fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 240513
