Barrel-aged CosmicKat is a refreshingly dry Belgian-style Strong Golden Ale aged in Caribbean rum barrels for 1 year. Each batch is barrel specific with different flavors being contributed to the final beer. Other barrels we've used include Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels and St Augustine Distillery bourbon barrels.

On tap-offwhite-hazy yellow. A-lots of wood, some rum. As it warms some vinuous, grain come through. T-follows.
