This is a Vienna "Style" beer made with a cold fermenting ALE YEAST. Not a true lager but very close. Mild and malty with note or french bread. Festival Ale is a light to medium bodied copper color ale. It is made with German Munich and English Crystal malts.
It is malt-?hop neutral with no significant dominating flavors. Easy drinking smooth beer.
