Prøveglass på bryggeripuben 4 Nov 11. Lys gylden. Veldig lavt skum. God aroma av sitrus & fersken. Smaken det samme. Rimelig uforandret. Litt syrlighet i avslutninga.

Taster, a bit more than 100ml from tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy, yellow-gold coloured body topped by a filmy layer. Fresh hop fruity smell. Citrus fruits up front in flavour with notes of dried fruits like apricot, earthy malts and a spicy touch to it. Mid-lengthy, dry bitter end. Medium to thin bodied. The orange part of yuletide (Birthday celebration in Copenhagen, 03.11.2011).

On tap. Pours an almost clear golden with an off-white head eaving laces. Fresh citrusy hops in the nose. Medium body with a light malt and fruit sweetness, but unfortunately also the distinct and characteristic Brewpub smoke notes. Dry and citrusy again towards the finish, but not overly bitter. A decent APA, if not for the smoke... 111111

Hazy golden with a small white head. Big hoppy aroma of pine, green hops, grapefruit and a bit of orange and peach. Dryish and clean malty flavour with lots of citrus and pine hop character and a mild bitter finish.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw, fish, and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, fish, malt, and herbs, leading to a dry finish. Too much fishblatter?
