One Mile House, NYC tap: Pours light amber with an off-white head. Aroma is of pilsner-ish type hopping, but there was less of it than I really expected. There was also a nice malty backbone. Body was pretty smooth. Alcohol was well covered. I just didn’t really see what this beer was going for.

Bottle 75 cl. Clear golden with an off-white head. Sweet malt with a somewhat perfumy touch to the nose as well, and you sense the alcohol already. Quite full-bodied with a solid malt profile. A little caramel and some flowery hops as well white the late bitterness is a little raw. 310112
