Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted, vegetable. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, cardboard. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Watery. 280112

Bottle. Clear golden with tiny white head. Aroma is malt and hay. Flavour is malt, watery, little sweet and a little bitter.

Can @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt and hops.

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours clear yellow with a small off white head. Butter, hay and grain. Quite a lot of paper. Watery . .

500mL - pours a golden yellow. Taste is quite sweet, with interesting malts and mild spice. Quite an interesting beer - I enjoyed it.

Bouteille 500ml. De couleur jaune dorée et légèrement voilée. Nez de grains de malt pâle, léger de houblon herbeux (gazon mouillé) et floral avec des notes de pain, de miel et de fruits (notes de agrumes avec zest). Mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture légèrement aqueuse et aux notes sirupeuses. Goût de grains de malt pâle avec de faibles notes végétales et des notes fruitées (notes d’agrumes et traces de pêche) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût malté sucré de miel accompagné de notes de maïs sucré et de pain puis en finale l’on retrouve un goût légèrement amer de houblon herbeux (gazon mouillé, notes de foin) aux notes florales ainsi qu’un léger goût de sucre chimique. Post-goût court-moyen, légèrement amer de houblon herbeux (notes florales) avec des notes fruitées (zest d’agrumes) et de faibles notes chimiques.

Dull gold colour with a slight chill haze. Rich Lublin hop aroma with heavy, doughy pale malts. Soft, malty body is clean and rich, with a slightly grassy-mossy hop signature. Oh, and as for the ingredients, they’re listed on my bottle: this is Reinheitsgebot approved.
Note on availability: I found this at the Central City Likka Sto and they’d basically pulled it from the shelves because it was past date. It doesn’t taste past date but apparently it is. Anyway, they left a couple on the shelves for some of the "regulars" who bought it. So don’t run out there tomorrow looking for it, but expect a return this summer when the distributor gets fresh stock.
