Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, vomit and vegetable notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malt sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111221]

(bottle) Slightly unclear, greenish golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Slightly sweet pale malty nose with herbal and slightly grassy hoppy notes. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malt-character with a good dash of herbal hops lingering into the moderately dry and sweet-bitter finish. Clean and rounded Pilsener. 21.X.09

draught at Steiff-Sommer festival in Giengen an der Brenz, next to the historic factory halls. Clear yellow colour, creamy white head. Hoppy nose with grassy hints. Light- to medium-bodied, good malty background with grassy-resiny hop flavours, also a bit floral. A well-balanced Pilsener.
