Vielen Dank an kevnic2008! Das Bier hat eine klare goldgelbe Farbe und eine schöne weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch angenehm hopfig, grasig, Heu. Geschmack mild hopfig, grasig, wenig hopfig, fast schon wässrig.

Herber Antrunk, ähnlich stark dem Edel Pils aber deutlich weniger würzig. Trocken, etwas honigartig, dunkler werdend, zum Ende etwas herber, trocken, holzig. 11/11/9/9/9/9

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, vomit and vegetable notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malt sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111221]

A clear golden color with a thin white head, nice lacing. Scent of malts, grass and hops. Taste is a light sweet malt with a hop finish. Nice creamy feel. Crisp and refreshing.

(bottle) Slightly unclear, greenish golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Slightly sweet pale malty nose with herbal and slightly grassy hoppy notes. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malt-character with a good dash of herbal hops lingering into the moderately dry and sweet-bitter finish. Clean and rounded Pilsener. 21.X.09

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts hoppy and dry, modest sourish. Becomes more and more metallically. Finish is too dry. Average!
