Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of omhper. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Malty and lightly caramellish aroma. Medium body, sweet caramellish malt with some ashes and some rather unfortunate phenols bordering an odd smokiness. Quite some hops. Has potential but is clearly flawed. 011211

Draught@SBWF2011. Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some grass, mild herbs as well as mild floral notes. Flavour is rather similar in a quite nice balance. Refreshing.

Bottle at SBWF, October 6, 2011. Hazy amber with a medium white head. Malty and rather sweet aroma and taste with some citrus and bread. Medium mouth feel. Drinkable but not that exciting.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 30 Sep 2011) Amber colour with brief, beige head. Malty nose with notes of toffee, apricots, dried fruit, toasty and grainy malt. Malty, slightly fruity taste with citrus, dried apricots, toasty malt and a spicy, gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Quite nice.

Draught at the stand from Södra Maltfabriken on SBWF 2011, sampled the first time on September 29, 2011Hazy copper color, yellowish head. Fresh sweet yeasty scent, also fruity. Sweet, fruit, malty, yeast taste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, citrus aftertaste, low bitterness.Went back for this a few times, since it was so nice and drinkable.Served rather fresh, if I remember correctly is was brewed in the beginning of the month.Sort of like the type of fresh lager you can get on a micro in Czech Republic, I like it for it’s drinkability.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy pale amber, minimal head. Buttery nose, Mid sweet with clean hard mouthfeel and medium body. Mildy buttery with a touch of grapefruit. Low bitterness. Good intentions, but more work needed if this lager is going to fly
