Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, zesty, mild bready and caramelly notes as well. Flavour is mild honey, some fruits, zest, herbs and quite malty notes. Ends a bit bitter. Refreshing.

Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, malty, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110429]

Cask-conditioned at the Hampshire Beer festival, the Seven Stars, Bristol 4/05/2011. Deep gold with a slight white head. Orange fruit and sweetish malt aroma with some floral hops. Easy drinking, with more fruit, biscuit malts and a dryish finish. Drinkable.
