We brewed this beer with the intentions of making it our biggest, most full-bodied pastry stout to date. Picking up new techniques along the way, we think this beer exemplifies everything we want out of a pastry stout. Conditioned on River Bottom Roasters cold brew coffee, vanilla, and maple syrup, this imperial stout is rich in sweet flavors, with a nice balance of roast from the coffee. The body and mouthfeel are thick and filling, yet still leaving you wanting more and more. We hope you enjoy this liquid dessert experience with friends and family, both new and old.
