DH with Nobility! In 1501 Amerigo Vespucci determined that South America was a separate continent—a fact far more important than most beer lovers realize. Unwittingly, explorers played matchmaker between a cold-tolerant yeast from Patagonia and a long-established Eurasian brewing yeast. The result of this liaison was the yeast used to ferment lager beer. We brewed Vespucci Connection as a classic German Pilsner with a small dry hop to celebrate this most positive of intercontinental connections!
