Lip-smackingly drinkable, Swift is brewed with both lager (Saaz) and ale (Cascade) hops for the perfect blend of flavour and refreshment. Juicy, gently hoppy and mellow it is a firm favourite of the brewery team after a hard days work.

Half at the Haggerston. Yellow with the slightest fraction of head, a normal golden ale. Floral and citrus hop aroma, nothing out of the ordinary but enticing nonetheless. Bittersweet with a hop kick, a slightly sour/bitter note in the finish. Decent, well-crafted and certainly drinkable.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer festival 2014. Aroma is wet grass, light citrus and grainy. Flavour is pale malt, straw, touch of honey with light citrus zest. Pale yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white head. Balanced and sessionable. Palate is light body and low carbonation. Tasty.

Half pint, cask at Sebright Arms. Clear golden coloured body. Just a ring of bubbles to the rim of the surface. Dotted spots to the glass. Leafy hops on the nose, some spices as well. Fruity hops to the taste profile joined by bread and followed by resinous bitterness to the finish. A nice and well-rounded, easy drinking beer (London 13.07.2014).

Small offwhite head. Clear amber body. Light floral fruity aroma with citric strawy notes. Dry-sweet dried fruit, grape, and straw taste with floral notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, flat, smooth mouthfeel. Dryish resiny fruity spicy aftertaste with grape and wood notes. Long lingering dusty strawy finish with dandelion notes. Excellent. Highly drinkable and subtle. Harmonic. (0.568l cask at The Larrik, Paddington, London.)
